The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers but rather non-binding invitations to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices on Ever Lory are listed in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.

Payment obligation:

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 5–9 business days within Germany and the EU
Shipping cost: Free for orders over €50, otherwise €4.90

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB.

Withdrawal period:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Consequences of withdrawal:

We accept unlimited liability in cases of intent and gross negligence.
For minor negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, typical damages.

No liability is assumed for:

Damage due to improper handling
Damage from inappropriate use
Damage from force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics)

8. Vouchers and Promotional Discounts

Vouchers and discount codes are valid once and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Redemption terms:

No cash payout possible
Valid only during the specified time period
Only one voucher can be used per order

9. Customer Account

You may voluntarily create a customer account at Ever Lory.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with third parties.

Breach:
In the case of suspected misuse, we reserve the right to suspend or delete customer accounts.

Jurisdiction:
To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contractual relationship is the registered office of Ever Lory.

Severability Clause:
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
