1. Introduction

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Ever Lory.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from us, we offer you the opportunity to return or exchange it according to the guidelines below.

Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.


2. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

After the 30-day period has expired, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or return.

Important:
The return period begins on the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and labels must be included

  • The item must show no signs of wear or use

Exceptions (non-returnable items):

  • Hygiene products (e.g., opened personal care items)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Digital goods or downloadable products

  • Gift cards


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will provide you with a return form and the return address

  3. Package the item securely in the original packaging with all accessories

  4. Send the package to the provided return address

Note:
Do not send back any items without prior contact. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.


5. Return Shipping Costs

You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product was defective or delivered incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Tip:
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the receipt until your return is fully processed.


6. Return Processing Time

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the return.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial refunds may apply to:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Missing accessories

  • Damaged items not caused by us

No refund will be issued for:

  • Items returned after the return period

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Clearance/Sale items


8. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are only possible if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • You need a different size or color (if available)

Please contact our customer service to start the exchange process.

Note:
If you'd like a different item, we kindly ask you to place a new order and return the original one.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and the packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email]

  3. Briefly describe the issue and attach the photos

Our team will reach out promptly to offer a replacement or refund.


10. Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


11. Address Errors in Delivery

Please double-check your delivery address before finalizing your order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses: If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, the buyer bears the cost of re-shipment.

  • Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.


12. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Although we work with reliable carriers, delays or losses may occur.

If your package hasn't arrived within 21 days, please contact us.
We’ll investigate the matter and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.


13. Special Conditions During Promotions

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or seasonal sales, shipping and return processing may take longer.

We kindly ask for your patience during these times.


14. Refund of Shipping Costs

Shipping costs from your original order will only be refunded if:

  • The item was defective or incorrectly delivered

  • The entire order is cancelled before shipment

Shipping costs are not refunded for voluntary returns of non-defective items.


15. Legal Right of Withdrawal

Your legal right of withdrawal is not affected by this policy.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
